I am a PR & Communications Specialist who helps lifestyle and fashion brands build loyal audiences and sustained visibility through public & media relations, digital strategy, strategic communications, and collaborative team leadership.

With a grounded, collaborative approach, I'm known as the teammate people rely on for careful thinking, fresh perspectives, and follow-through. My work is rooted in listening and curiosity, whether collaborating in a project, pitching narratives and story angles, or translating complex ideas into accessible, engaging communications and campaigns. Clients value not only my skills and the results I deliver, but the care, and warmth I bring to every project.

My love for the outdoors goes beyond recreation and into stewardship, education, and conservation. Who I am has been shaped in large part by years of hiking and backpacking throughout the Southern Appalachian Mountains. Along the way, I've grown especially fond of the hardwood forests, grassy balds, temperate rainforests, and the tumbling creeks and waterfalls that define this region.

Whether I'm helping spearhead a media awareness campaign for coastal Georgia or talking with my local community about native fruit growing in their own backyards, I find purpose in strengthening our connection to the natural world and supporting the efforts to protect wild places for generations to come.
